Oyster Tempura
Oyster Tempura is a delightful Japanese dish where oysters are dipped in a light batter and then deep-fried until crispy. They're usually served with a dipping sauce and enjoyed hot.
Recipe:
Fresh oysters
Tempura batter (available in stores or homemade)
Soy sauce or tempura dipping sauce
Oil for frying
Lemon wedges and green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Dip oysters into the tempura batter to coat them completely.
Carefully drop the oysters into the hot oil.
Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with dipping sauce and garnished with lemon wedges and green onions.
