Grilled Oysters with Garlic Herb Butter

Recipe:
Fresh oysters on the half shell
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place oysters on the grill, flat side down.
Grill for 5-7 minutes or until oysters begin to open.
