Grilled Oysters with Garlic Herb Butter

These oysters are grilled to perfection and topped with a savory garlic herb butter, making them a delightful treat for any seafood lover.

Recipe:

  • Fresh oysters on the half shell

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place oysters on the grill, flat side down.
